All Novus branches are operating according to the COVID-19 Protection Framework, aka the Traffic Light System.

For your maximum piece of mind, Novus can offer a contactless service at all settings – either a mobile service to you or in one of our branch workshops if you prefer. Please specify this at the time of booking with your Novus customer service representative.

Please familiarise yourself with the following requirements when you visit your Novus branch.

Red Setting and Orange Setting
1. Face coverings are required to enter a branch – except those holding a medical exemption, and children of an exempt vaccination age.
2. Scan in the NZ COVID tracer QR code before you enter the branch. If you have no ability to scan then Novus staff will record your details on a contact tracing form on your behalf.
3. Scanning your “My Vaccine Pass” QR Code is required in some Novus branches – posters at the reception entrance will advise you of this.
4. Capacity limits in reception will be based on 1 metre physical distancing.
5. Novus staff cannot drop you home or pick you up as this is deemed close contact.

Green Setting
1. Scan in the NZ COVID tracer QR code before you enter the branch. If you have no ability to scan then Novus staff will record your details on a contact tracing form on your behalf.
2. Scanning your “My Vaccine Pass” QR Code is required in some Novus branches – posters at the reception entrance will advise you of this.
