Repair Guarantee
NOVUS Glass guarantee its repairs will not crack further and will pass WOF/COF inspections for as long as you own the vehicle. Should the repair extend or not pass a WOF/COF, simply contact your local NOVUS Glass dealer who will assess the repair and discuss the options with you. Should the glass not be repairable, your local NOVUS Glass branch will replace your windscreen and deduct the repair price from the total.

NOVUS Glass guarantee its replacements against (a) water leaks resulting from replacement (b) manufacturing faults in the glass (c) faulty workmanship.
The NOVUS Glass guarantee does not cover body defects, rust or faulty rubber seals and mouldings.
NOVUS Glass guarantee its repairs will not crack further and will pass WOF/COF inspections for as long as you own the vehicle.

The Irish(or Scottish) guy fixing the chip explained the workings beautifully and even cleaned my filthy windows and hey presto I was out of there, job sorted.
