Intially tried booking online, it said I couldn't come in for days.... Rang reception, she fitted me in quickly and efficiently. The Irish(or Scottish) guy fixing the chip explained the workings beautifully and even cleaned my filthy windows and hey presto I was out of there, job sorted. Big thank you to the Novus team for the prompt and efficient help! On the 28th day of November, I experienced a broke in my car. I was very distressed and frustrated.
