It was Haley from Novus Glass who took the time to explain that the reason everyone was saying it likely couldn't be repaired til after … More 9.1.23 was because that was when the supplier for many glass businesses would reopen. She took the time to check and confirm they didn't have access to any replacements and then recommended another business that thankfully had one they could install.
