I just wanted to pass on that the Novus shop in Queenstown was fantastic. I had a phone call from them 15 minutes after I hung up from talking to Lumley (a Friday afternoon), the replacement windscreen was delivered to Queenstown the following Monday, and the windscreen was replaced on Tuesday! So, I can highly recommend Novus for future claims in the Queenstown area.
